Our workshops provide practical tools and real-life guidance to help parents strengthen their emotional health and improve family well-being. We cover topics like stress management, communication, building routines, parenting through trauma, and developing healthy coping skills. Each session is designed to empower parents with knowledge they can use right away, both for themselves and their children.

Our support groups give parents a safe, judgment-free space to talk openly, learn from one another, and heal in community. Each group is guided by trauma-informed facilitators who understand the challenges parents face. Whether someone is navigating stress, grief, trauma, single parenthood, or rebuilding stability, our groups offer connection, encouragement, and support from people who get it.
We help parents get connected to the support they need in their everyday lives. From housing referrals to mental health services to essential items for families, our resource network makes it easier for parents to find help without feeling overwhelmed or alone. We partner with trusted community organizations to open doors for families and reduce the barriers they face.

Our signature program is a guided 4-week educational course designed to help parents strengthen their emotional well-being, build healthy family dynamics, and develop practical skills they can use every day. Each week focuses on a core area of growth, blending trauma-informed education with real-life tools parents can put into practice immediately.
We tailor our curriculum to the unique needs of the parents we’re serving, making sure every session feels relevant, realistic, and authentic to their lived experiences. Whether we’re working with young parents, single parents, or families navigating trauma, we shape the education to truly meet them where they are.
This course is the foundation of Parenting Pathways. Parents who complete the program gain access to ongoing support groups, special events, self-care opportunities, clothing and household resources, and other community benefits that honor their progress and commitment to growth.
We are currently developing and piloting this curriculum with parents in our community to ensure it is accessible, supportive, and deeply impactful. As we build, we are listening closely to parent feedback so the final program reflects what families genuinely need.
